Magnetic module is a chemical module based on magnetic beads, which automatically engages and separates high-strength magnets, and is used in conjunction with an orifice plate for extraction and purification based on magnetic beads.

  • What laboratory consumables are compatible with magnetic modules?

    The magnetic module supports the use of standard well plates or 96-deep well plates with volumes ranging from 10 µL to 2 mL.

  • Can I use multiple modules of the same type on one OT-2?

    OK. Our temperature control modules, magnetic modules and thermal oscillation modules support this.
