1. Install the nozzle ① Boxed nozzle: Insert the multi-channel pipette vertically into the nozzle, press down gently, rotate left and right with the strength of your wrist, and tighten the nozzle. ② Bag nozzle: Hold the pipette and nozzle with both hands, rotate and tighten after installation. When installing the tip, do not tap it. This operation may cause the pipette sleeve to break!

2. Correctly set the capacity value. Adjust the volumeter and set the volume of liquid to be delivered. Depending on the type of pipette, the color of the volumeter may be black or red.

3. After pre-washing and installing the suction nozzle, suck out the liquid first, then drain the liquid back into the original container, repeat 3 times.

Common mistakes in multi-channel pipetting modules: 1) When assembling the tip, repeatedly hitting the tip will make it difficult to remove the tip, or even damage the pipette. 2) When aspirating liquid, the pipette tilts, resulting in inaccurate pipetting and liquid easily entering the pipette handle. 3) When aspirating liquid, release your thumb quickly to force the liquid to form a turbulent state, and the liquid rushes directly into the pipette. 4) Directly press the second level to aspirate liquid (should follow the above standard method). 5) Use a large-capacity pipette to transfer a small amount of sample (a pipette with an appropriate capacity should be selected). 6) Place the pipette with the residual liquid tip flat (the pipette should be hung on the pipette rack). When not in use, adjust the pipette range of the multi-channel pipetting module to a large scale to keep the spring in a relaxed state to protect the spring.
